AETHER session on the Thread Model:

The AETHER session entitled "The Thread Model: Challenges and Perspectives" took place in the IST'06 Conference. The room was full and the discussions were very interesting on an important subject for future computing architectures and SoC systems composed of multiple computing cores: the thread model.

Prof. Chris Jesshope (AETHER SP2 leader) and Prof. Alex Shafarenko (AETHER SP3 leader) busy preparing their talks before the AETHER workshop at IST'06. Dr. Juha Pärssinen from VTT (AETHER partner) attended the session.
